HOW TO APPLY AS A TRANSFER STUDENT
COMPLETE THE DEGREE SEEKING APPLICATION: HTTPS://CONNECT.VINU.EDU/APPLY/
Admission as a Vincennes University student leading to a degree or technical certificate requires either:
- An official college transcript (REQUEST TRANSCRIPT USING PARCHMENT.COM), or
- An official GENERAL EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (GED) or HiSET scores, or
- An high school transcript if a student doesn't have 24 hours of postsecondary credit from a regionally-accredited institution.
*Postsecondary credit must be a grade of C or above and completed at VU or a regionally accredited institution.
COMPLETE THE FAFSA (BEGINNING DECEMBER 1ST EACH YEAR)

File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Indiana
deadline for FAFSA is April 15 each year. Note: There is no application deadline
for federal aid. -

RETURNING STUDENTS APPLY FOR VU SCHOLARSHIPS (BEGINNING DECEMBER 1ST EACH YEAR)
FOR FIRST YEAR STUDENTS, YOUR APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO VU CONTAINS YOUR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION. NO ADDITIONAL FORM IS NECESSARY.
Second Year and beyond Students:-
Complete the VU Scholarship Application process by January 15th each year for Priority Deadline. After this date, scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis.
