Secondary School teacher/coach, (5 years, Indiana life license), Assistant Professor, (Marion College/Indiana Wesleyan, 8 years), President, (ABC, 30 plus years) mentoring multiple business executives.

COMPANY: Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana and Kentucky, INC.

EDUCATION: Undergraduate and Master Degrees from Ball State University.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: 
Overseen the matriculation of over 20,000 construction apprentices. Served as an advisor to Governor Mike Pence on the Indiana Career Council. Was a founding member of the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety. Founded the Construction Prep Academy for Public Schools Construction Curriculum. Co-founded Leadership Grant County (one of the first community-based leadership series in Indiana).

AFFILIATIONS: 
Member, Northview Church, Carmel IN. Board member of Hamilton County Innovation Network. Served on the Board of Trustees of Vincennes University for 14 years (under the appointment of three Governors) with 7 of those years as Chairman of the Trustees.
