Students combine hands-on classroom training with a paid internship or apprenticeship. Graduates of this program are in high demand among top manufacturing partners, both locally and across Indiana.

Earn While You Learn: Nationally Certified Apprenticeships

Our students will earn a two-year degree while having the opportunity to participate in a Nationally Certified Apprenticeship or internship through the U.S. Department of Labor.

Our apprentices demonstrate proficiency in 23 technical related skills, complete 3,000 hours of work/learn training, and are guaranteed typically $18 - $21 per hour.

Graduates typically earn $23 - $30 per hour, approximately $60,000 annually.
