  • Center for the Advancement of Faculty Excellence (CAFE)
    The Center for the Advancement of Faculty Excellence is dedicated to supporting the Vincennes University teaching community. The Center for the Advancement of Faculty Excellence provides teaching best practices and professional growth to enhance student learning and success.
  • Curriculum and Instruction
    The mission of the Office of Curriculum and Instruction is to support the faculty and assist the Provost with a range of academic issues including instruction, advising, and transfer.
  • External Relations
    The External Relations Office creates marketing pieces and communications that forward the strategic initiatives of the University while promoting VU’s services, academic offerings, initiatives, events, and supporting advancement and engagement opportunities.
  • Facilities & Maintenance
    The Facilities & Maintenance office provides architectural services for the University's physical facilities to meet the needs of the students, faculty and staff. The Facilities & Maintenance Office provides project coordination and oversight to all construction projects including major repairs and rehabilitation to nearly 50 existing buildings on our main campus, construction of new buildings, and the campus infrastructure.
  • Finance Office
    The Vincennes University Finance Office provides fiscal services to the University and interacts with external agencies on fiscal matters. The Finance Office is responsible for supporting management decision-making; demonstrating fiscal responsibility and accountability; and to comply with regulatory guidelines to the University's constituents.
  • Grant Office
    The Grant Office provides pre-award support and services to the faculty and administration by assisting with writing, preparing, researching, designing, and submitting grants.
  • Human Resources
    The Human Resources/Affirmative Action Office is dedicated to developing the University community by attracting, retaining, and supporting the quality workforce necessary for the success of Vincennes University.
  • Institutional Effectiveness
    The mission of Vincennes University's Office of Institutional Effectiveness is to implement data-driven, continuous quality improvement processes in academic programs and non-instructional units in order to improve student success, enhance institutional effectiveness, and maintain Higher Learning Commission accreditation status.
  • Institutional Research
    The Office of Institutional Research supports student learning and assessment; provides leadership with accurate, timely information essential to planning, policy formation, and decision-making; and complies with all external reporting requirements.
  • Information Technology
    The Information Technology maintains all administrative computing systems for Vincennes University as well as servers, networks, PC's and telecommunications. We also provide support to ensure that quality electronic communication services are available for the faculty, staff and students to meet their needs for worldwide information access and interchange.
  • Purchasing
    The Purchasing office is the conduit between the vendor and the University family for the flow of goods and services. The established expertise and apparatus to satisfy the needs of all constituencies is our added value.
  • Registrar
    The Registrar's Office is committed to student success by maintaining accuracy of all academic records including student schedules, transcripts, and grades. Services offered to students by this team include course drop and add processing, petition to graduate requests, transcript requests, and verification of enrollment.
  • Risk Management
    The Risk Management Office at Vincennes University safeguards the institution's welfare, assets, and reputation by proactively managing risks. They provide resources, programs, and services to protect people, property, and finances, promoting safety and compliance. The office also oversees insurance and offers guidance for managing potential risks.
  • University Primary Care Center
    The Vincennes University Primary Care Center (UPCC) is designed to help our students, faculty and staff stay healthy on campus. Full time students on the Vincennes campus may be seen at the Vincennes University Primary Care Center (UPCC)-Student Health Office located in the Young Building on campus. The UPCC nurses are available for assessment of acute illnesses and injuries.
