SCHEDULE YOUR ON-CAMPUS VISIT

During your on-campus visit, you will receive a presentation from an Admissions Counselor and a campus tour.

In this 30-minute information session, you will learn about campus history, student activities/involvement, admission requirements, cost, and so much more!

The 60-minute campus tour, led by a student tour guide, will showcase both the academic and residential side of Vincennes University.  Visits are offered Monday - Friday 9:30 am and 1:30 pm EST.

In an effort to keep our visitors and campus safe, we have put the following safety measures in place.

SCHEDULE YOUR GROUP CAMPUS VISIT

Before you register, here's what you need to know.
  • Group visits are offered Tuesdays September - November and February - April.
  • Group size should be at least 10 and no more than a total of 50 visitors. There will be room for 4 groups of 50 to register per each group visit, so if your group is larger than 50, you are welcome to register up to 4  groups if the space is available.
  • Groups should include at least 1 adult chaperone for every 15 students.
  • All tours start at 10:00 am
  • There’s lots of walking, so wear comfortable shoes. Dress appropriately for rain (bring umbrellas) and snow.
On the Day of Your Visit.
  • Leave for Vincennes early, allowing enough time for possible delays. Keep in mind that Vincennes is on Eastern Time year-round.
  • Encourage your students to ask questions so that they get the most out of the visit.
  • Ensure that everyone in your group is respectful of Vincennes students, staff, facilities, and personal property. Failure to do so could result in early conclusion of the visit and limited availability for future visits by your organization.
  • Enjoy your time on campus!
