What can I expect during my time at VU?
- Students in the Chemistry Education program at Vincennes University can expect to receive a quality education in both the sciences and in educational preparation.
- In addition, students in this program will get necessary exposure to the education field by going out into the classroom and working with students and teachers to get an authentic experience for what this rewarding career might offer them.
- All of the education teachers in the program are former K-12 teachers and are able to teach our students from their experiences, not just from the theories in the textbook.
- All of our science teachers are experts in their fields of study, holding advanced degrees.
- The combination of the two gives our students a well-rounded, yet rigorous experience in the classroom and in the field.
