What can I expect during my time at VU?
- Students in the Welding Technology program at Vincennes University can expect a comprehensive two-year program designed to prepare them for employment in the welding field.
- Train for 20 hours per week, spending the majority of their time in the welding lab.
- Develop skills in structural and pipe welding positions.

- Vincennes University and Lincoln Electric have partnered to ensure the welding program maintains the latest state-of-the-art welding equipment used in the industry

The Welding Technology Associate’s Degree (ASCT) at Vincennes University prepares students for gainful employment in a wide variety of positions in the welding field and can prepare students for a career in an advanced welding profession. Students also prepare for American Welding Society Certification.
