VINCENNES, Ind. - The Vincennes University Department of Music will present a Faculty Piano Recital featuring Sean Cavanaugh, VU adjunct professor of music, on March 28, 7 p.m. (EDT), at VU’s Red Skelton Performing Arts Center. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.  Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

Cavanaugh, a doctoral candidate at the Indiana University Jacob’s School of Music, will perform the solo piano work “Goldberg Variations, BVW 988” by Johann Sebastian Bach. The piece was originally written for harpsichord and consists of an aria and a set of 30 variations.
