The VU Jasper STEM Academy brings together incoming 7th-10th graders from around southern Indiana to participate in a three-day science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) experience. Camp is led by VU faculty from the Jasper campus with special guests from local industry partners.

Day one of the camp will be spent getting a taste of a variety of STEM fields. These hands-on activities will help students get a better idea of what areas of STEM they are most interested in pursuing. Day two is dedicated to industry partners with employer tours and activities. Students will have the opportunity to see STEM in action and learn more about career opportunities in the area. The final day of camp will be spent with campers completing a STEM project in a field of their choice led by VU faculty which will be showcased for parents that afternoon.
