Summer Aid

Summer Aid

After you are registered for summer classes, Student Financial Services will check your eligibility for summer financial aid. There is nothing you need to do to initiate this process after enrolling. You will receive a financial aid notification letter that shows how much, if any, financial aid is available for summer. You will also be able to see your summer financial aid offers by logging in to your VU-x account.

Students who qualified for Pell Grant funds in the fall and spring semesters may be eligible to receive Pell Grant funds for the summer semester. Summer Pell awards are determined by enrollment (credit hours) and SAI (Student Aid Index).

If you have any questions regarding your summer aid eligibility, please call our office for help at 812-888-4361.
