Professor Boger utilizes a variety of teaching techniques to foster learning and critical thinking in both the traditional classroom and clinical settings. She enjoys building positive relationships and encouraging students to become caring and intelligent caregivers.

Work experience includes 8 years as a staff nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital on the maternal­ newborn unit and teaching experience had been at Vincennes University since 2013.

Professor Boger finds that the best part of being a nurse is not only caring for patients, but also their family. She finds it rewarding to not only care for someone physically, but also spiritually. In addition, Professor Boger hopes to help develop future nurses to be that light for others in their time of need.
